THE FOLLOWING WILL BE REQUIRED FROM ALL TENANTS:

1) References required for approval before signing of Lease Agreement: A) Current employer or accountant if self employed, B) Previous Landlord or character reference

2) Security Deposit (One month’s rent plus €150) payable on signing of Lease Agreement. If the tenant breaks their Lease Agreement this will result in the forfeiture of Security Deposit and payment of any other costs accrued.

3) 1st Month’s rent to be paid when signing Lease Agreement.

4) Rent must be paid in advance every month (starting 2nd month) by Bank Standing Order. Confirmation of bank account details required e.g. statement or bank letter

5) PRTB Form is completed with P.P.S. numbers of every tenant moving into the property

6) Official Photo I.D. e.g. Passport / Drivers License / Garda ID

7) Guarantor may also be required to sign the lease
